Raj Mosali, President & CEO

John Cooper started out as an Operator at the Biodiesel plant in 2011 and grew to be Shift Supervisor and a Plant Manager. John has extensive chemical processing experience including scaling the processes from lab scale to full production. John has trained and managed operators over the years at various liquid processing facilities in his previous roles. John has extensive experience with distillation, filtration, GC, HPLC, automation, and industrial electrical.

Raj has started multiple businesses over the years. Raj founded and grew the biodiesel business into a Inc 500 company for multiple years. Raj has extensive experience with Liquid Chemical Processing, managing and growing businesses and a background in software programming. Raj has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.

Ian has spent his entire working career starting and operating businesses. He brings this experience to HyperNovaCBD with the acute understanding of providing exactly what clients need and maintaining
the highest level of customer service. He has been with the company since 2010 starting in their biodiesel division. He graduated in Communications from Boston University in 1972

Debbie brings botanical experience to HyperNovaCBD. She studied Botany at Ohio University and later became a Master Gardner and floral business owner providing botanical gardens with monthly herb seminars and other related services. Later in life, she spent two decades with AT&T marketing their yellow pages program to businesses.

Deborah Cooper, Marketing Manager

Sabrina Pennington has over 20 years of experience with accounting, finance and building the models. Sabrina has extensive experience managing multiple business units. Sabrina has experience managing accounting departments with multiple employees. Since 2017, she is the controller at JatroRenewables, a biofuels engineering and technology company operating worldwide. Sabrina brings her extensive experience in accounting, Quickbooks and regulatory compliance to Hypernova.
